“Has all of the primary features we needed, including reporting/analytics, tracking all of our sites, tagging and understanding review feedback, gated links. The Reviewflowz team has been incredible to work with, adding review sites that were unique to our business. The price for what you get and the service made it an easy decision to go with Reviewflowz. We've been using the product for about 3-4 months now and are very satisfied and continuously impressed with the support we recieve.”

“Still a new product but they're releasing features quickly. This wasn't a problem for us as we were newly managing our customer reputation/reviews. The dashboards are simple, but it was more important to us that we had access to all of the data to create our own dashboards.”

In addition, the desk app interface is very small, the size of a cell phone screen. We've requested that this be increase and made scalable since we started using Weave, but they haven't changed it.”

“The integrated process from patient visit to patient review and responding to patient reviews. The advanced and easy to read reports. The support, guides and resources. In addition to ease of use and improved ratings, their internal customer service team is top notch. VERY responsive, professional and knowledgeable. They hold routine zoom calls to ensure we understand and utilize the patient feedback and provide expert guidance through their system.”

“If there are longer periods of time when I don't login to check anything, it takes me a bit ot reaquaint myself with all the tabs and dropdowns when I do log back in. Sometimes things are in a very different spot than I think they'll be or hard to find. We never like negative feedback, but with our scores, we can always determine we are doing something right, which is something you don't always hear from patients.

Before wrapping up…

Here are some of the things one should consider while selecting a Review Response tool for their business:

⭐️Look for a tool that allows you enough customization features and helps fit the tone and style of your business/brand, which is really important and is often covered under white labelling products.
⭐️Choose a tool that integrates most of the platforms that your business makes use of prominently, such as Google My Business, Trip Advisor, Yelp, Yellow Pages etc.

⭐️Automation processes help save so much of your time and energy, you’d be amazed! Therefore, select a tool that helps you automating your reviews that do not require tailored responses.

⭐️Knowing whats working and what’s not is helpful while responding to your customers and also understanding whether they are satisfied with the product or service. Therefore, it goes without saying that having a full-suite of analytics and insights is just as important.

⭐️Make sure you do not miss out on alerts and notifications, since they help with responding to your customers promptly whenever necessary - especially if they are looking for help or have any grievances that can be solved.

⭐️If you have a team managing reviews, consider a tool that offers collaboration features such as assigning tasks, internal commenting, or role-based access control.

⭐️Ensure that the tool complies with relevant data protection regulations and offers with security features to protect customer data.

⭐️Evaluate the cost of the tool in relation to your budget and consider whether it offers scalability to accommodate your growing business needs.

⭐️Lastly, consider the level of customer support provided by the tool vendor. Look for a vendor that offers responsive support and resources to help you make the most of the tool.
