Every seat, every status, one table

See your entire team at a glance, who's active, who's invited, who hasn't logged in. The three-dot menu lets owners and admins edit permissions, revoke access, or resend invitations. The AI agent appears as a bot member with its own row, so you always know it's part of the team.

Four presets or build your own

Pick Admin, Manager, Member, or Viewer, each preset fills the module toggles automatically. Need something custom? Toggle any of the 15 modules individually, and the preset switches to Custom. Every module is a simple on/off: on means the team member sees that section, off means it's invisible to them.

4 role presets, Admin (all access), Manager (no team/settings), Member (basic), Viewer (read-only)
15 modules from Dashboard and Clients to Sequences, Proposals, and Agency Settings
Toggle any module and the preset switches to Custom automatically
Changes apply immediately. No deploy or restart needed

Presets are a convenience mapping, not a stored role. Underneath, the database holds three roles, owner, admin, and member, and fifteen module booleans per person.

Simple access control for real teams

Presets and per-module toggles are the core. Around them sits the rest of what an agency needs to run a team: a clean invite flow, per-client visibility, multi-workspace membership, lockouts, assignment, and the agent that shows up as one of your own.

Questions owners ask before they invite the team

The details an agency checks before handing logins to staff, contractors, and clients.

How many team members can I invite?

Seat policy is unresolved and this answer is deliberately blank. The Entitlement model carries a maxTeamMembers field, but the check against it is commented out in the invite route, so nothing is enforced today. Confirm with product whether the plan limit is coming back before writing a number, or the word "unlimited", into this answer.

What are the role presets?

Admin has full access to all 15 modules. Manager has everything except Team Management and Agency Settings. Member has basic access to core modules. Viewer has read-only access to dashboards and client data.

Can I create custom permission sets?

Yes. Toggle any module on or off and the preset automatically switches to Custom. You can build any combination you need.

What happens when I revoke access?

The team member loses access immediately. You can re-invite them later if their role changes.

Does the AI agent count as a team seat?

The AI agent appears as a Bot member in your team table, but it isn't a person you invite. There is no login, no invitation, and no permission set to manage. It is always active.

Can team members see different clients?

Yes. Clients can be public (visible to the whole team) or private (visible only to the owner and members with explicit access grants). Set a client to private and grant access to specific team members from the client detail page in the Command Center.

Can one person belong to multiple workspaces?

Yes. A single email can be invited to multiple agencies. Each workspace has its own role and permissions. After login, pick which workspace to enter, or switch anytime from the sidebar.

Is there an audit trail of team changes?

Record changes are logged per tenant in an audit log you can query for the history of any record, and each member's row carries their last session, last login IP, failed sign-in count, and lock state. There is no dedicated team-activity feed today.

Give every team member exactly the access they need

Invite your team, drop them into a role, and scope every module down to a single toggle. Owners stay in control; everyone else sees only what they should.
