Birdeye does not have a flat pricing fee as such and charges its clients based on their requirements, and that makes it nearly impossible for us to exactly say how much Birdeye charges its clients/partners.
Despite trying to figure out how much they cost, we have not been able to figure out their pricing structure, unfortunately. The fact that they do not have a flat pricing fee is a huge disadvantage for people who want to go ahead and buy Birdeye immediately.

The Positives

The Negatives
How Much Does This Cost? Birdeye does not have its pricing structure laid out transparently, anywhere. The estimates that we have arrived at make Birdeye seem a very expensive service. There is always a veil of suspense as to how much the service really costs/what are the factors that contribute to every personal invoice, and this isn't reassuring at all.
Several Services Missing: Despite everything that they offer, Birdeye does not allow you to track keywords that your business is ranking for, or keep an eye on duplicate listings and giving you the option to flag them. They do not submit to several important directories such as Acxiom, JoomLocal, Manta or Yasabe, and most importantly, Birdeye does not provide white labeled versions of their products to digital agencies, which puts it at a disadvantage when compared with several other competitor services.
