How to Manage Your Sales Pipeline With Synup OS

Here’s a step-by-step guide to managing your agency’s sales pipeline:

Step 1: 

First, toggle to the left-hand side of the homescreen and select ‘Sales Pipeline’. After that, you’ll be redirected to the following screen. 

Step 2: 

In order to import clients or to add a new client, click on the respective buttons. Here you can choose to either add your clients manually or import a CSV file to store all your client data in one place. 

Step 3: 

To add a new client, simply click on the “+New Client” button, and then you’ll be prompted with a dialogue box as shown below. Simply fill in the details and click on “Save”. 

Step 4: 

You can then move this lead entry around based on the kind of stage you’re at with them. 

Here you also have the option to create a custom stage based on your project, as shown below. 

Step 5: 

With filters, Synup OS takes it up a notch by filtering out all your clients so you don’t have to dig through heaps of client data. 

In case if you wish to switch your view, you get the option to choose between a ‘List View’ and ‘Pipeline View’ as shown below.
