Here’s how you can get started with monitoring your Facebook reviews

Step 1: Log in to your Synup Local dashboard and click the “Reviews” tab

Step 2: Click “View and Respond to Reviews” and keep following the instructions as we move forward

Step 3: Click on "View and Respond to Reviews" to see all your reviews in one place. For Facebook reviews, simply apply the filter to focus specifically on them.

Step 4: Here, you will only be able to access the reviews your customers have left on Facebook. 

Scroll down to review the feedback, leave comments, and save your responses as templates, as demonstrated in the picture below.
PS: You also get the option to “Respond with AI” which is an extra add-on and will analyze your customer review sentiment and whip up the best response possible for you!

Step 5: To view response templates and use one as a reply to your reviews, click on the three dots in the upper right corner and select “Response Templates.” You will be redirected to a page where you can find various templates and use them as needed.

Step 6: By clicking on the small box next to “Reviews for All,” you can enable the system to bulk respond to all reviews. 

Step 7: Here, you can quickly respond to all your reviews by clicking the "respond" button. You will then be able to see all the reviews that the system can respond to in bulk and be notified if any connections are missing, as shown when you're redirected to a page like this. 

You can then select from options to "send" your response, "send and save the template," or "cancel" the response.

Step 8: To check the status, click on the three dots in the top corner and choose "View Bulk Response Jobs." From there, you can monitor the progress.

Step 9: For your records and to gain deeper insights into your customers, request a CSV report sent instantly to your preferred email address. This enables easier analysis and better customer service!
